Cinnamon Crepe

What you need!
- Crepes Mixture:
- 1 ½ cups of whole milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons of melt unsalted butter
- Cinnamon Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Crepe Filling:
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- ¼ cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of orange zest
Let’s cook!
- First Step
- Crepes:
- Combine the milk, flour, granulated sugar, salt, eggs and butter in a blender and until it become smooth.
- Let the batter rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes and the in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Second Step
- Cinnamon Sauce:
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir the brown sugar, the rum and the cinnamon. Stir until the sugar melts and add 2 tablespoons of water.
- Third Step
- Filling:
- Combine the cream cheese, the sour cream, the powdered sugar, the vanilla extract and the orange zest in a mixer until it becomes fluffy.
- Fourth Step
- Take a pan and heat it up to medium.
- Fifth Step
- Brush the pan with butter, add 4 tablespoons of the crepe mixture and cook it until it has a golden-brown color in both sides.
- Sixth Step
- Place the crepe on a flat surface with the browner side down.
- Seventh Step
- Stir 4 tablespoons of filling.
- Eight Step
- Fold the crepe in half and roll it tightly.
- Ninth Step
- Spoon the sauce over the crepe, dust with powdered sugar and some orange zest on top.
Nutella Banana Crepe

What you need!
- Crepe mixture:
- 1 ½ cups of whole milk
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons of melt unsalted butter
- Crepe Filling:
- 2 Nutella tablespoons
- 1banana
Let’s cook!
- First Step
- Crepe:
- Combine the milk, flour, granulated sugar, salt, eggs and butter in a blender and until it become smooth.
- Let the batter rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes and the in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Second Step
- Sliced the banana and save it aside to use.
- Third Step
- Brush the pan with butter, add 4 tablespoons of the crepe mixture and cook it until it has a golden-brown color in both sides.
- Fourth Step
- Place the crepe on a flat surface with the browner side down.
- Fifth Step
- Spread Nutella all over the crepe.
- Sixth Step
- Spread banana slices
- Seventh Step
- Fold the crepe in half.
- Eight Step
- Drizzle with Nutella and dust with powdered sugar.
